[Instinctively, he leans in to help her preen - nibbling at those loose strands and slicking them back with her tightly tied hair with his tongue.

Of course, being this close means he can't hide the fact that one of his wings is a stump.]

That sounds perfect. Being cozy with you anywhere is in my top three activities at all times, after all.

We should find something soft to make the bedding with. I bet we can just build the foundation with polearms...

[Squints at the branches around them - forming wooden bo staves instead of using branches.]

[ her feint peels off from her, and hops down from the tree, heading back toward the hotel. ]

[hmmm maybe he can stand up a little taller and summon a Feint and an axe to his hand. It's a little awkward to hold with these oversized talons, but the Feint hops up higher and starts chopping off large branches from around them - while Nero prime catches them.

Hands some to Shrike, so she can start placing them.]

[ she gamely starts tucking them in around the perimeter of their makeshift nest, larger ones to the bottom and smaller ones to the outside. ]

[ she tests it by putting the weight of one foot on it to see if it'll hold; it does. ]

[ at that point her feint comes trotting back, and tosses a bundle up to her—blankets from the dorm. ]

I meant more metaphorically, although it seems like in my heart of hearts I do want to learn how to do some things myself, at least a little.

You did have an entire farm in that dream of yours. It was really impressive, actually.

...honestly all that was kind of ambitious to think of doing on my own... though I suppose I felt like I needed something to fill the days.

Maybe not a whole farm. I'd like a garden.

And a garden you shall have.

We'll grow our own herbs for cooking, and have flowers at the windowsill.

And have friends and family over for dinner all the time, and have a little cat...
