[Summoning a sword to his hand, he hurls it like a lance - stabbing it into the ground in front of the runaway imp. With nary a gesture, Nero warps to it at top speed, whipping Raven along for the ride as he slams toward where the sword is planted and drawing it out in a slash.
The imp poofs, dropping the small pendant with a pressed clover inside.]
[raven holds on tight, though he wasn't quite expecting to be warped at top speed like that. and strangely... he feels nero's pulse under his fingers gripping his bicep, and finds it kind of fascinating. in other, unrelated news, he also feels really hungry...]
[oh //// raven... hesitantly takes hold of nero's wrist. boy he sure can feel that pulse beating underneath his fingertips. can't really stop himself from licking his lips either, haha how weird!!]

[clears his throat. QUICK CHANGE THE SUBJECT]
I could use Lightning Flash to disorient them if they're clustered together, but that might also blind you.
You're another set of eyes. We need as many as we can get if we wanna spot your cane.
[Now float along with him: he takes a running leap to bound onto the side of a streetlamp, using Stability to dash up and-- at its apex, fires his grappling hook into the air. He seems to have aimed it at nothing, except a Feint appears to grab his claw hand, and swings him UP--! towards the sky. We spider-man now]
[He hooks his arm to the roof of a building and swings, all around the block. If there's a cane anywhere, he can't see it - but half his attention is spent on maneuvering.]

Before the imp even knew what hit it, it was being yanked in. Its little body POOFs into a cloud, with the cane it was holding now flung toward Raven with the residual momentum.]
[raven catches the cane in midair, swinging it like a sword for no apparent reason other than his own delight, ending on a twirl before planting it on the ground. nice moves, ray]
[raven wasn't expecting to feel that so strongly and he reacts instinctively--his grip on nero tightening until his knuckles are white, mouth going dry and eyes wide, lips parting to reveal fangs]

[He uses the cloth wrap around his arms to tie Raven's hand to his, so the floating goth wouldn't get flung in the middle of warping.
