[Well. Having parchment paper is probably a good idea.

She sets the bowl of dough on the counter and gets out a couple of actual baking sheets and puts the parchment paper on them.]

Now we just have to spoon out the dough. Put them a couple of inches apart.

[She demonstrates, getting a spoonful of frozen dough and putting it on the sheet]
