[he's pulling out his cellphone, to keep busy]

[He thinks about protesting: it's fine he's up now, but-- if Jason was fine with it, then he was fine with it. It was only a nap's worth until his usual waking hours anyway.]

...'Kay.

[It doesn't take long for him to drift off, in Jason's arms.]

[he'll just read stuff on his phone, until it's light enough to pull out a book.

[Nero stirs, a couple hours later - though once he realizes that Jason was still here and pressed against him, he greedily nuzzles his face in a bit more.]

[he notices-- but he doesn't move, idly flipping a page in his book, which is propped up on his leg so he can keep an arm around Nero.

enjoy the faint, clean smell of soap mixed with jason's natural smell, nero.]

[He can hear the sound of the pages being flipped, even if he was still too spoiled for cuddles to open his eyes.]
